Job Location: Stoke on Trent

Rate – Please submit CV with rate you are seeking inside IR35.

The role requires strategic collaboration with hiring managers, HR, procurement teams, and external managed service providers (MSPs) to ensure agency recruitment is compliant, cost-effective, and aligned with workforce planning goals. A strong focus is placed on reducing off-contract spend, enhancing compliance with agency worker regulations, IR35 legislation, and other employment conditions.

The Recruitment Partner is also expected to advise on and implement best practices around temporary staffing, monitor market trends, and address common local government recruitment challenges, such as skill shortages and budget constraints. They must ensure that all activity supports organisational goals and delivers value through improved hiring outcomes, workforce stability, and contract compliance.
