We are seeking a Fire Compliance Lead to drive fire safety initiatives, ensuring high standards of compliance and operational excellence across a diverse property portfolio.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Act as the principal point of contact and subject matter expert for fire safety compliance.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Review Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs) and oversee the assignment and completion of resulting actions and works.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ensure all completed, ongoing, and planned fire safety works adhere to current standards and legislative requirements, including:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Building Safety Act 2022\\n\\n * \\n\\n Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005\\n\\n * \\n\\n Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2021\\n\\n * \\n\\n Approved Document B\\n\\n * \\n\\n Maintain accurate and up-to-date building safety records in line with the golden thread principle and regulatory expectations.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Effectively manage contractors to deliver efficient services with a focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and value for money.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Facilitate access and communication for fire safety works and ensure proper planning.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Audit and inspect completed works to verify compliance and effectiveness.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Provide support to the Building Safety Manager in their daily responsibilities.\\n\\nQualifications & Experience:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Building Safety, Occupational Safety, or a related field (preferred).\\n\\n * \\n\\n Relevant fire safety qualifications such as NEBOSH Fire Safety, Fire Safety Manager (FSM), or Certified Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS).\\n\\n * \\n\\n Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in fire safety compliance within the housing sector.\\n\\nSkills & Attributes:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Strong knowledge of fire safety legislation, best practices, and regulatory frameworks.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage contractors and engage with stakeholders.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ability to conduct fire safety training and implement effective compliance strategies.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Familiarity with fire safety systems, including alarms, sprinklers, emergency lighting, and evacuation procedures.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Highly organised with strong project management capabilities.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure.\\n\\nThis is an exciting opportunity for a fire safety professional to make a real impact.
