Job Location: Shropshire Council

Rate: £15.26 per hour

Contract length: 6+ months ongoing

Your Role:

  • Peripatetically working on the Ignite programme, with a range of economically inactive participants of all ages who may have complex and challenging barriers preventing them from accessing sustainable employment, training or education.
  • The Key Worker must be able to work under pressure, meet targets and deadlines whilst maintaining the highest standard of quality and customer service.
  • A key role will involve marketing participants to employers and facilitating “Search for Work” activities and supporting participants into employment, education or training.
