Job Role: Emergency Nurse Practitioner (ENP) Location: Coventry Working period: 4 – 5 shifts per week Working Hours: 07:30 – 20:00 or 10:00 – 22:00 Assignment Period: 3-6 months ongoing About the Role: Are you an experienced Emergency Nurse Practitioner (ENP) looking for a senior role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? We are seeking a Senior ENP to join our dedicated team, providing expert care in the assessment and management of minor injuries and minor illnesses in patients aged 2 years and above. Key Responsibilities: As a Senior Emergency Nurse Practitioner, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality emergency care, including: 🔹 Assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with minor injuries and illnesses 🔹 Interpreting X-rays to support clinical decision-making 🔹 Working under Patient Group Directions (PGDs) – ideally at Level 7 🔹 Leading by example and providing clinical leadership within the team 🔹 Supporting and mentoring junior staff to develop their clinical skills What We Are Looking For: 🔹 Registered Nurse with ENP qualification (Minor Injuries & Minor Illness – age 2+) 🔹 Extensive experience in emergency or urgent care settings 🔹 Strong X-ray interpretation skills 🔹 PGD experience (Level 7 preferred) 🔹 Leadership skills with the ability to support and develop colleagues 🔹 A compassionate, proactive, and patient-focused approach If you are ready to take on this rewarding role and contribute to a team dedicated to delivering high-quality care, we would love to hear from you
