Job Description

Job Role: Careline Manager\\n\\nJob Location: London\\n\\nSalary: £28 to £35 per hour\\n\\nWorking period: Monday – Friday 8:30 – 17:30\\n\\nYour Role;\\n\\n * To ensure that the Careline alarm monitoring and response service is available and adequately staffed for service provision 24/7, 365 days per year.\\n\\n * To ensure that the service provided by the Careline Team is of a consistently high standard, meets the needs of Hammersmith & Fulham’s diverse communities, and the quality and standards of practice and performance in all areas of service delivery.\\n\\n * To monitor the budgets for the Careline Service; monitor activity and ensure accurate and consistent use of systems and resources to achieve all performance targets in relation to this area of service delivery.\\n\\n * To manage, co-ordinate and direct all activities delivered by the Careline Service\\n\\n * To be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Careline Service and to oversee management and development of all associated staff within the provision\\n\\n * To provide services within allocated resources, in accordance with Council policies and departmental procedures.\\n\\n * To develop and maintain effective relationships with key partners and stakeholders and the wider community to facilitate the delivery of high-quality services that meet service user needs\\n\\n * To continuously drive improvement in delivery performance by developing and implementing policies, initiatives, and strategies to improve both team and individual performance; and to share this best practice with others as appropriate.\\n\\n * To be part of an ‘on call’ duty manager rota to provide out of hours support as part of an out of hours duty management team
