Livestock and Wool Administration Officer

Fox & Lillie are a 100% Australian family-owned and operated wool export, buying and broking business with an extensive network of regional branches, international offices, and wool processing facilities.

Fox & Lillie Rural is the company’s rural services business, incorporating wool brokering, trading, real estate, and livestock. We employ over 100 people throughout the business, with over 14 regional wool stores located throughout NSW and Victoria.

About the role

Fox & Lillie Rural are looking for a motivated person to join our team at our Head Office in Melton as a Livestock and Wool Administration Officer.

This is an ideal position for someone with a livestock and wool background. Development opportunities are available for the suitable candidate.

Key tasks include:

  • Coordinating livestock invoices
  • Overseeing the end-to-end transactions
  • Data entry, filing, and general admin duties

About you

Suitable applicants will need to possess the following skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel-based programs
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Self-motivated and able to see a task through to completion
