We are seeking an experienced, client-focused Lifestyle Financial Planner to join a growing, high-quality advisory business. This role is suited to a motivated professional who wants the freedom to build long-term client relationships while being genuinely rewarded for performance.

Fox Lifestyle Financial Planning is growing, and we’re looking for a Financial Planner who believes in doing the job properly. No crippling sales targets. No product pushing. No corporate jargon. Just honest advice that genuinely helps people get their money working for their life.

What the role looks like:

  • You’ll be helping normal people make smart financial decisions around pensions, investments, financial protection and long-term planning.
  • Our clients want clarity, not complexity. Your work will be all about keeping things simple, accurate and genuinely useful.
  • You’ll have full admin, technical and senior adviser chaperone support, leaving you to focus on clients, conversations, and long-term relationships.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Give clear, straightforward financial planning advice to existing and new clients
  • Build long-term relationships based on trust, not pressure
  • Prepare and present recommendations in plain English
  • Spot opportunities to add value as clients’ lives and goals change

What we’re looking for:

  • Hold a Level 4 Diploma accredited by the Personal Finance Society (PFS), meeting FCA requirements for the role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning principles and investment strategies.
  • Experience giving regulated financial advice
  • Detailed knowledge of pensions, investments and tax planning
  • Someone who communicates like a human, not a textbook
  • The confidence to say “I don’t know, but I’ll find out” when needed
