About You

- Experience in buying, procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or category management.
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to secure value, improve margins, and deliver cost efficiencies.
- Experience building and managing effective relationships with international suppliers, driving performance and continuous improvement.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence and collaborate across all levels of the business.

- Experience working within an international buying, procurement, or supply chain environment.
- Experience managing global supplier networks and coordinating international logistics activities.
- Knowledge of inventory management, forecasting, and demand planning processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Procurement Management
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, contracts, and supplier agreements to deliver best value and support business objectives.
- Manage supplier performance through regular reviews, ensuring compliance with company policies, quality standards, and ethical sourcing practices.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and enhanced supplier performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and strategic suppliers to support business growth and operational efficiency.
- Supply Chain Management
- Manage the end-to-end supply chain process, including sourcing, logistics, working with Merchandise Planner to oversee inventory management, and supplier coordination.
- Build, maintain, and develop strong supplier relationships to maximise commercial opportunities, improve supply chain performance and review business buying vs contractual obligations.
- Work closely with the Merchandise Planner to monitor product and category performance, ensuring stock availability aligns with business requirements.
- Implement and oversee logistics strategies, tracking goods from point of origin through to warehouse receipt mainly across Europe and Far East.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency, service levels, and cost-effectiveness.
- Product Support
- Support the introduction of new products, working collaboratively with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure successful launches.
- Assist with product sourcing, contract negotiations, supplier onboarding and inventory planning for new product ranges.
- Monitor market trends, supplier risks, and commercial opportunities to inform procurement strategy.
- Conduct competitor pricing reviews and product research.
