Your responsibilities – empowering people & growth:
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for UK and European roles. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring strategies. Source, screen, and coordinate interviews with candidates. Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
- HR Operations & Administration: Maintain and update employee records in compliance with UK labor regulations. Prepare contracts, onboarding documents, and HR documentation. Support payroll coordination and benefits administration. Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and compliant.
- Employee Relations & Support: Act as a point of contact for employee queries and HR support. Assist in handling employee relations matters professionally and confidentially. Support onboarding and offboarding processes. Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- EHS (Environment, Health & Safety): Develop and implement occupational health policies and programs, ensure compliance with regulations, manage employee health monitoring and risk assessments, and promote workplace health, safety, and well-being through prevention initiatives, incident management, and cross-functional coordination.
What you bring – what we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or HR operations.
- Familiarity with UK employment law and HR practices is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
