The family is looking for someone long term and reliable. The parents are involved. It will be shared care to help going to different activities.

Driving is a BIG plus.

The family has a chef and a housekeeper. The nanny needs to work in team with them. If the housekeeper need extra pair of hand on something related to the children and the nanny is available or if the chef is not around he will give instructions on how to reheat or follow a recipe.
