Working days and hours: 30h a week.Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

7:30/8am to 5:30/6pm.

Experience with the same age is mandatory.

Main duties: All the nursery duties.

Consistency and a warm relationship are very important to the family. Ideally, this would be a long-term arrangement.

The family is looking for someone who is:
• Warm, calm and emotionally responsive
• Reliable and punctual
• Experienced with babies around 10–18 months
• Comfortable providing sole care
• Attentive to a baby’s cues and individual temperament
• Happy to get down on the floor and actively engage with him, supporting physical, communication and social development through everyday play
• Happy to take him outside regularly and attend appropriate baby groups/library/music/play activities
• Comfortable supporting a breastfed baby who is still feeding frequently
• Comfortable with a baby who currently eats relatively small amounts of solids and patient around feeding (i.e., no pressure for the child)
• Comfortable with separation anxiety and big emotions
• Communicative with the mother about how his day has gone
• Comfortable working collaboratively with nursery and other professionals involved in his care
• Willing to communicate if they have concerns or think something could be done differently
