C-5207 FULL-TIME LIVE-OUT HOUSEKEEPER/NANNY (Fluent English speaking)– Battersea, London SW11

- To look after one child (8-year-old boy)

- Location: Battersea, London SW11

- Ideal start date: As soon as possible, ideally the 1st of September. Long term.

- Working days and hours: Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 6:30pm (45hours/week). Option to do 40h per week with a half day on Friday.

- Hourly rate: Up to £51k gross

- Language requirements: English speaking.

- The role is 75% housekeeping.

Daily responsibilities:

9:30am – Start of day

● Take our dog out for her morning toilet/walk.

● Feed her if required.

● General tidying and putting the house in order.

● Check laundry and household tasks for the day.

10:00am – 2:00pm – Housekeeping

● Cleaning and tidying the house.

● Laundry and changing beds as required.

● Keeping the kitchen, bathrooms and living areas clean and organised.

● Other reasonable household tasks and errands.

2:00pm – 3:30pm – Cooking & groceries

● Prepare dinner for the family.

● Buy fresh food/groceries as required.

● Prepare food for our son, Shiva.

● Clean and organise the kitchen after cooking.

4:15pm – School pickup

● Pick up Shiva from Hill House School.

● Bring him home safely.

4:15pm – 6:00pm – Childcare

● Supervise Shiva after school.

● Help him with his homework and ensure it is completed.

● Give him a snack/meal as appropriate.

● Keep him occupied and supervised until 6:00pm.

6:00pm – 6:30pm – Dog

● Take our dog for a 30-minute walk/toilet break.

● Return home and finish at approximately 6:30pm.

Weekly schedule:

Monday: Full cleaning of the house, including bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, floors, dusting and general deep cleaning.
Tuesday: Main ironing day, together with normal housekeeping and laundry.
Wednesday: General housekeeping, laundry, cleaning and household organisation.
Thursday: General housekeeping, laundry, cleaning, groceries and preparation for the weekend.

Friday: General house reset, cleaning, laundry/ironing, groceries and getting the house organised for the weekend.

The family is looking for someone discreet, professionnal, organised who can show attention to details.
