The nanny needs to encourage independent play, someone who encourages them to clean after themselves, empower the children to grow. Someone who loves to cook a big plus.

Language requirements: English fluent is mandatory. Someone bilingual is a plus.

Experience with same age groups.

Main duties: When the children are at school the nanny will do PA duties, run errands, tidying up the children's bedroom, cooking family's meals. Pick up, going to the park, helping with homework, dinner, bath time, etc.
