We are currently recruiting for a motivated and organised Office Administrator to join a well-established construction company specialising in the manufacture of fire doors. This is a fantastic full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and grow with a successful and expanding business.
Based in the company’s office, you will support the team with general administrative duties and will also be trained to use the company’s in-house quotation system, playing an important role in supporting sales and project delivery.
Working hours: Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm
Key responsibilities:
- Providing day-to-day office and administrative support
- Answering incoming calls and dealing with enquiries in a polite and professional manner
- Data entry, filing, and document management
- Using the company’s quotation system to:
- Log and process customer enquiries
- Prepare and issue quotations for fire door manufacture and related works
- Update pricing, job details, and customer information accurately
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure quotations are correct and up to date
About you:
- Hard-working, reliable, and professional
- Polite, confident, and well-spoken with a good telephone manner
- Keen to learn new systems and develop within the role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous office or administrative experience is beneficial but not essential
