We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, highly respected groundworks contractor with a strong presence across the South. Due to continued growth and a healthy project pipeline, they are looking to appoint a highly accomplished Contracts Manager to oversee housing and civils projects throughout Dorset and Hampshire.
This role would suit an experienced professional who enjoys working within a large, structured business but is still motivated by progression, influence, and long-term career development.
The Role:
- Managing multiple groundworks contracts across residential housing and civil engineering projects
- Full responsibility for project delivery, from pre-start through to completion
- Leading site teams, subcontractors, and maintaining strong client relationships
- Ensuring programmes, budgets, quality, and H&S standards are consistently met
- Working closely with senior management within an established operational structure
