Role Description

This is a part time on-site role for an Optical Assistant at M A Fox Opticians located in Poynton. The Optical Assistant will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining customer satisfaction, providing excellent communication, and supporting the optometry team with various tasks.

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service experience
• Knowledge of Optometry
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
