Connells Group is looking for an Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join our residential sales team in Poole. You’ll help people find their next home, negotiate sales and build a career where your results are recognised and rewarded.
The Role
You’ll be involved from the first enquiry through to handing over the keys:
- Build relationships with buyers and understand what they’re looking for
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Generate new business and book property valuations
- Negotiate offers and agree sales
- Keep buyers and sellers updated as sales move towards completion
- Introduce customers to our branch Mortgage Advisor
What You’ll Bring
- Ideally, experience in estate agency, sales or a customer-facing role
- Confidence starting conversations and building relationships
- Motivation to work towards targets and earn commission
- An organised approach and the resilience to follow up opportunities
- A commitment to giving customers a great experience
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
