We're seeking an Account Manager ready to take the wheel and achieve greatness. There's no ceiling – you'll be afforded the space to 'own' your accounts and campaigns, and be given all the support you need to achieve incredible things. The perfect platform to make a real difference to global B2B tech clients, to the wider Consultancy team, and to the overall agency performance.
The Role
- To act as an effective bridge between clients and our internal teams.
- To manage client relationships, ensuring their needs are always met.
- To effectively communicate, problem-solve and respond to requests in a timely manner in order to drive projects to completion.
- Effective management of client relationships to ensure an outstanding client experience.
- Instrumental in the delivery of high quality work which meets the client's needs.
- Taking client briefs and writing concise creative, development and artwork briefs.
- Ensuring that project deadlines are met, communicating and seeking approval of any changes to these.
- Developing a greater understanding of the client's business, including staying abreast of competitor activity.
- Following agency processes and updating agency systems (e.g. Jira, Scoro) based on project status.
- Support with proposals based on an understanding of client business needs and requirements.
- Setting agendas and maintaining accurate records of meetings, decisions and next steps.
- Keeping the team and client up-to-date with useful information e.g. competitor activity, relevant industry news.
- Preparing materials for pitches and client presentations.
- An ability to multitask with a huge capacity for getting things done is essential.
- Building client relationships to grow accounts, with a natural flair for identifying and capturing new opportunities.
