Fowlers Motorcycles is looking for a skilled, motivated PDI Motorcycle Technician to join our busy, professional Service Department. This is an exciting opportunity to work with leading global brands, advanced diagnostic technology, and a supportive team with decades of combined experience.
The PDI Motorcycle Technician is responsible for delivering an exceptional standard of vehicle servicing and repairing new and used motorcycles. Using the latest diagnostic tools and techniques, the role involves identifying and resolving issues efficiently and accurately within allocated timeframes, while adhering to manufacturer and company standards.
About you:
- Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on new and used motorcycles.
- Sound technical knowledge required – Fully qualified technician to City & Guilds, NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
- Able to use current manufacturers’ computerized diagnostic equipment to ensure that diagnostics, testing, and repairs are thorough and completed to the highest quality.
- Proficient in verbal and written English language, with good communication skills - to discuss technical details clearly.
- Desire and ability to give best-in-class customer service.
- Flexible, self-motivated, and happy to work in a team environment.
- Driver’s licence must be current and clean, preferably including the motorcycle category.
