Job Description
We’re looking for professional HGV Class 1 Drivers to join our Culina Logistics team in Washington, supporting our Chilled operation and delivering to key retail customers across the UK.
This is a permanent role offering full-time stability for HGV Class 1 drivers who will be responsible for RDC, Farms and Packhouse deliveries.
This role is ideal for a HGV driver who takes pride in safe driving, excellent customer service and dependable delivery standards.
You’ll be joining a supportive transport team where safe driving, reliable service and high professional standards are valued every day.
- Shift patterns available
- Sunday to Thursday (Start window 00:01 - 04:00)
- Sunday to Thursday (Start window 02:00 - 06:00)
- Tuesday to Saturday (Start window 02:00 - 06:00)
- Friday to Monday (Start window 00:01 - 04:00)

- Pay rates
- Pay rates range from £13.50 - £21.91 per hour depending on shift, plus opportunity for overtime and subsistence allowances
Qualifications
- Carry out safe, professional deliveries to customer premises across the UK.
- Complete nationwide deliveries of palletised goods to Regional Distribution Centres, Farms and Packhouses
- Report to the Transport team at the start of each shift and keep them updated on delays, delivery issues or load discrepancies.
- Complete all paperwork accurately and ensure PODs are signed and returned to the Transport Office.
- Follow company procedures, including health, safety and hygiene standards.
- Manage your working time in line with the Road Transport Directive and tachograph rules.
- Complete daily vehicle checks and report defects correctly and take responsibility for your unit and trailer, including temperature checks where required.
- Maintain a professional standard of behaviour, appearance and customer service at all times.
