Maintaining the flow of product in and out of the area as the day’s work dictates.
To carry out all tasks in a timely and efficient manner to ensure continuity of business for Fowler Welch and our customers.
Main Responsibilities:

To ensure you load/unload product in line with the company’s policies and procedures.

To ensure the correct documentation is completed for all inbound and despatch loads.

To remain vigilant in ensuring goods are picked and assembled accurately as per instructions.

To ensure despatched loads are properly secured prior to leaving the loading bay.

To reach and maintain the standards required to meet the Company’s productivity targets.

Ensure all practices and procedures are safely carried out in line with the company’s Health & Safety policy, SSOW’s and HACCP regulations, where appropriate, and to challenge colleagues who fail to adhere to any such rules or regulations.

Ensure that company standards of hygiene and housekeeping are achieved and maintained.

Ensure customer returns are received, recorded and notified to the appropriate Stock Controller.

To assist colleagues when required and to behave in a harmonious, courteous manner at all times.

We are now looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our team at our Evesham site on a Full time and permanent basis.
Shift: Friday-Monday 18:00pm-06:00am.
