Here's the job: You own the home. Start to finish. When a property comes to market, you re the person who gets it sold. You re the expert in the room, the steady hand on the phone and the one who refuses to let a sale fall over.

What you'll actually do:

• Guide sellers through marketing and sale with total clarity, so they never wonder what's happening
• Work with our delivery and marketing teams so every campaign is polished and powerful
• Run viewings, handle offers and negotiate like you mean it
• Spot problems early and fix them before they kill a deal
• Be the calm, confident expert when clients are going through one of the biggest moves of their lives
• No two days are the same. Some days are pure adrenaline. That's the point. No estate agency experience? Good. We don't care if you re sold a house before. We'll train you to be the best in the business. What we can't train is who you re.
