We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Coordinator to provide executive-level support to the President & CEO of our group of companies. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong planning, scheduling, and multitasking abilities, capable of managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Organize board and executive team meetings, including agendas and minutes.
- Track deadlines, projects, and follow-up actions to keep the CEO on schedule.
- Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.
- In-depth understanding of Microsoft Office, Power Point, Excel and Outlook 365.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Associates Degree or equivalent training/certifications accepted.
- Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
- Professional level verbal and written communications skills.
