Fowey Hall Hotel on the Cornish coast seeks a Deputy Head Housekeeper to support the Head Housekeeper and oversee daily housekeeping operations for a luxury guest experience.
The ideal candidate will have supervisory housekeep ing experience in a 4- or 5-star setting, strong leadership and communication skills, and a solid understanding of health and safety regulations, rotas, payroll and stock control. The role emphasises meticulous attention to detail and a physically active workload.
