What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Drive Sales Success – Lead your team to exceed volume and profit targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience
- Maximise Profitability – Oversee car sales and add-on products, including finance and insurance, ensuring every opportunity is captured
- Inspire and Develop Your Team – Motivate, coach, and mentor sales executives to unlock their full potential
- Ensure Compliance – Keep everything FCA-compliant and aligned with company policies
- Monitor Performance – Track KPIs, identify trends, and drive strategic improvements
- Streamline Operations – Improve processes, encourage fresh thinking, and create a culture of continuous improvement
What You’ll Do Day-to-Day
- Set clear goals and expectations for your sales team
- Support deal structuring and oversee handovers
- Hold daily briefings, one-to-ones, and coaching sessions
- Ensure every customer receives a first-class buying experience
- Review performance reports and drive actions that improve results
What We’re Looking For
- Previous management experience in used car sales
- A confident, motivating leadership style
- Ability to lead by example and set high standards
- Passion for people, performance, and delivering results
- FCA knowledge and a firm grasp of compliance procedures
- Full UK/EU driving licence
