The role...

  • Be responsible for the delivery of business-as-usual activities.
  • Ensure that the Payroll Teams meet UK Service Standards, KPIs, and metrics.
  • Contribute to and support the delivery of UK Operations plans.
  • Manage and support the development of the payroll teams.
  • Support and promote the wellbeing of the Payroll Operations Teams.
  • Contribute to and support overall department engagement.
  • Work closely with other departments to support customer loyalty.
  • Report payroll delivery and performance to the Payroll Operations Director.
  • Manage customer feedback and ENPS for customers.
  • Act as the escalation point for operational matters.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding for the department.
  • Facilitate team meetings.
  • Ensure processes function effectively.
  • Maintain overall customer satisfaction with the Payroll Operation Service.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Manage Payroll Operation Customers.
  • Self-evaluate and identify areas for personal development.
