We are now seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive (SAE) to join our hybrid team based in London. This permanent role provides an excellent opportunity for an experienced SAE to join our Sales team to support our continued growth in the hospitality sector. This is an opportunity for the right person to build and develop opportunities in the UK & Europe with the support of an established, global and industry leading Software as a Service (SaaS) company. As part of the UK Sales team this role will be focused on increasing both revenue and market share and cementing our position as the market leader. The role will require regular attendance to our London office for Team meetings & team gatherings.
Responsibilities
- Devise and execute sales strategies to win new and growth business in the Mid Market hospitality sector.
- Provide accurate forecasting to ensure that your territory is consistently hitting agreed sales quota on a rolling monthly and quarterly basis.
- Demonstrate a value-led approach to customer acquisition & new logo opportunities.
- Support cross-sell opportunities with current customers working closely with Customer Success team.
- Collaborate with delivery teams and pre-sales to shape, sell and maintain new business deals.
- Attend industry conferences and events to drive territory lead generation.
- Lead customer sales pitches presenting with clarity, passion and composure supported by strong technical knowledge.
- Manage and successfully achieve a personal monthly & quarterly quota.
- Collaborate with the lead generation team and marketing to unlock new opportunities and stay abreast of important developments within the hospitality industry.
- Develop and deliver a 3x target sales pipeline with accurate forecasting to ensure that your territory is consistently hitting the agreed sales quota on a rolling quarterly basis.
- Report on sales opportunities and manage all information in the Salesforce.com CRM system.
- Meeting performance goals associated with quota achievement and sales activity.
Qualifications
- Genuine relationship builder.
- Passion for the hospitality sector and customer delivery.
- Experience of selling HR/WFM/Inventory SaaS solutions and creating business value to prospects.
- Brilliant communicator & Team player.
- Self-motivated, and proactive in effective and efficient territory management.
- Ability to drive and maintain deal velocity throughout all sales stages.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability and willingness to ‘roll up your sleeves’ and make it happen.
- Have strong vertical domain expertise in Hospitality, ideally Restaurant sector. Not essential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Solid experience in using Sales tools to ensure effective and efficient territory management: Salesforce, LinkedIn Nav, Gong, Cognism, Seismic etc.
