Westwood, part of ETM Sport London within ETM Group, seeks a Bar Manager to lead a high-energy, high-volume bar operation at Westfield White City. You will manage a large team, control stock, and drive fast, quality drinks service during live sport events.
You will work closely with the General Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences, oversee GP and commercial performance, and mentor staff in a dynamic hospitality setting across major matchdays and peak times.
