Role Overview:

At ETM Group, being a Bar Manager within ETM Sport London is a dynamic leadership role at the heart of high-energy hospitality. You're not just running a bar, you're driving the atmosphere, leading a high-performing team, and delivering fast, high-quality drinks service that enhances the live sports experience.

Across our ETM Sport London venues, our Bar Managers play a vital role in creating vibrant, high-volume environments, particularly during major sporting events. Whether managing busy matchdays, coordinating large teams, or ensuring speed and consistency behind the bar, you are key to delivering memorable guest experiences at pace.

Working closely with your General Manager and senior leadership team, you will take ownership of the bar operation, including team management, stock control, and commercial performance. This is a hands‑on role where you will lead from the front, maintain energy and standards during peak trading, and ensure the bar operates efficiently at all times.

The Ideal Candidate Will Present:

• Proven Experience: You have experience as a Bar Manager or in a senior bar leadership role within a high-volume, fast‑paced environment.
• Leadership Skills: You are a confident and energetic leader, experienced in managing and motivating large teams.
• Operational Excellence: You understand how to run a high-volume bar efficiently, maintaining speed, quality, and organisation.
• Guest‑centred Approach: You are focused on delivering a great guest experience, even during peak and high‑pressure service.
• Commercial Awareness: You have a strong understanding of stock control, GP management, and driving bar performance.
• Resilience & Energy: You thrive in busy, high‑energy environments and can lead effectively during major sporting events.
• Product Knowledge: You have a solid understanding of beers, spirits, and high-volume cocktail service.
• Hands‑On Leadership: You lead from the floor, supporting your team and ensuring service runs smoothly at all times.
