✨Know Your Tech Inside Out
Make sure you brush up on your knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace. Be ready to discuss troubleshooting techniques and share examples of how you've resolved issues in the past. This will show that you're not just familiar with the systems but can also handle real-world problems.

Expect some practical questions or scenarios related to networking fundamentals and client site visits. Brush up on TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs, and be prepared to explain how you would handle hardware installations or migrations.
