Overview

You will own delivery across the programme’s workstreams and the wider change portfolio, spanning two priorities: Fix the foundations.

Drive delivery of a single trusted customer view, the rationalisation of core platforms, ownership and integrations, governed business data with automated executive reporting, and a people system of record (HRIS).

Support the conditions for safe, effective AI adoption at scale, and the build of the governed knowledge and customer-context layer that powers internal AI assistants, beginning with Customer Support.

Turn an evolving blueprint and shifting priorities into credible plans, sequencing, and measurable outcomes, adjusting as scope moves.

Manage dependencies and trade-offs across engineering, data, product, and business functions, and make the hard calls on what comes first and what waits.

Drive delivery proactively: anticipate blockers, force decisions, and chase the work, while resisting pressure to pull teams into tactical delivery before the plan is set.

Run a lightweight operating rhythm (planning, steering, reporting) that leadership relies on and teams engage with.

Keep information flowing both ways: decision-ready status and honest risk for senior stakeholders, clear context for delivery teams, no surprises.

Hold senior leaders and cross-functional owners to the commitments they own, and escalate with judgement.
