The role involves:
- Responsible for the delivery of the business as usual activities.
- Ensure that the Payroll Teams deliver to the UK Service Standards, KPI’s and metrics.
- Contribute and support the delivery of UK Operations plans.
- Manage and support the development of the payroll teams.
- Support and promote the wellbeing of the Payroll Operations Teams.
- Contribute and support the overall engagement of the department.
- Work closely with other departments to help support the success of customer lifetime loyalty.
- Report payroll delivery and performance to Payroll Operations Director.
- Accountable for ongoing management of customer feedback and ENPS for customers.
- Be the escalation point for internal and external operational matters.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding for the department.
- Facilitate team meetings.
- Responsible for ensuring processes work effectively.
- Responsible for customer overall satisfaction of the Payroll Operation Service.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with customers and internal/external stakeholders.
- Accountable for the overall management of Payroll Operation Customers.
- Self-evaluate and recognize areas of personal development.
