We are looking for a highly motivated and confident Productivity (Labour Optimisation) Consultant who will work with our Sales, Project Management, and Customer Success teams at every stage of the customer life cycle to provide solution‑ and industry‑based knowledge and expertise. You will work closely with Fourth’s prospects and customers, understand their business, operating practices and opportunities for process improvement, identify growth opportunities and labour demands, and develop a deep understanding of Fourth’s customers to guide their teams on how to maximise their return through utilising Fourth’s scheduling tools. This role involves site visits to customer locations; therefore flexibility of working hours and the ability to adapt to our customers’ requirements are necessary. You will build great relationships and act as an ambassador for the company and our products, consulting on best practices and sharing industry experience and expertise.
Primary Responsibilities
- Collect and collate information and data necessary to enable the creation of demand metrics within the various scheduling solutions through a combination of site visits, discussions, observations and timings, calculations, and analysis.
- Deliver tailored solutions containing scheduling metrics as part of the implementation process, presenting the findings from the visit/review/analysis process, articulating opportunities, challenges, potential return on investment, and proposing a suitable path forward.
- Ensure all qualified sales opportunities are supported through the sales cycle, maximising chances of sales success and delivering optimal deal size every time.
- Support the successful implementation of the scheduling solutions through customer engagement sessions, training, and aftercare.
- Maximise user adoption and return on investment for Fourth’s customers, expanding user adoption through aftercare projects, regular reviews, and guidance.

- Operational experience within the hospitality sector.
- Experience consulting with customers and solving problems through creative technical solutions.
- Balanced and observant, with an ability to identify and tactfully communicate productivity opportunities.
- Ability to quickly understand customer requirements and design suitable solutions using relevant experience and best‑practice knowledge.
- Exceptional presentation, solution demonstration, training, and meeting facilitation skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver to timelines.
- Emotional intelligence and ability to communicate at all levels.
- Focused, with meticulous attention to detail.
