This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hove. The Chef De Partie will assist in preparing and presenting high-quality, seasonal dishes while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.

  • Responsibilities include supporting the head chef, overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, maintaining food quality and consistency, and contributing to menu development with creative ideas.
