This is a full-time, on-site Chef De Partie role located in Hove. The Chef De Partie will assist in preparing and presenting high-quality, seasonal dishes while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
- Responsibilities include supporting the head chef, overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, maintaining food quality and consistency, and contributing to menu development with creative ideas.
- Ensuring that produce is utilized efficiently and that the kitchen operates smoothly during service is also a key element of the role.
Qualifications:
- Proven cooking skills, including proficiency in preparing and presenting dishes to a high standard.
- Experience in overseeing a specific kitchen section and managing production during service.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and best practices in a professional kitchen.
- Ability to collaborate with the team and contribute to a positive, supportive kitchen environment.
