Looking for a part-time role which will continue to grow your HR career? This is an opportunity for an established HR professional to support an award-winning content marketing agency and publisher which produces high-profile magazine titles as well as events and digital content. The role is three days per week, ideally to be based on site in offices in central London.
They are looking for an experienced HR professional at least at HR Manager level with a proven track record of success in establishing, implementing and leading HR systems and processes within publishing, media, sales, tech or other fast-paced, people-centric businesses. The company offers a lively working culture and plenty of scope to make the role your own.
The role will include:
- Independently advising staff on HR Policies, Procedures & Administration
- Overseeing recruitment processes as well as onboarding
- Employee engagement and helping to create a dynamic, empowered, people-focused working culture
- Training & development
- Selecting and implementing a new HRIS
- Building and maintaining positive employee relations and providing solutions to complex people issues
You will need:
- Previous HR manager level experience ideally gained within media or in an agency environment
- A thorough understanding of HR procedures & up-to-date knowledge of UK employment legislation
- Excellent data management, IT and analytic skills
- Superb communication skills and the ability to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels
- Ideally CIPD qualified
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
