This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR administrator or HR assistant to join a dynamic and successful organisation which specialises in providing HR and talent solutions for the advertising, media and marketing industry. They have an enviable portfolio of fun, lively, high-profile clients and are seeking a bright, proactive individual with a solid base of HR experience looking to take the next step in their HR career, joining them as a Senior HR Assistant with excellent training provided and scope to progress into an HR advisor role. You will be working with a talented, collaborative and intelligent team of colleagues, assisting with a wide range of generalist HR projects for a variety of clients. Duties will include assisting with recruitment processes; including placing adverts, collating CVs and organising interviews Updating and carrying out new starter and induction processes maintaining HR records and managing databases liaising with clients at all levels assisting with the payroll and benefits process acting as first point of contact for all HR related queries This is a genuinely fantastic opportunity for someone to build their generalist HR skills. It would suit someone with - approximately 18months+ previous UK based HR experience (ideally in the creative industries) - interested in a long-term career in HR - curious about learning more about the media, marketing and communications sectors - able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communications skills together with an outgoing, proactive and intelligent approach - superb attention to detail Salary: Between £34,000 and £38,000 dependent on experience plus great benefits.
