This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR administrator or HR assistant to join a dynamic and successful organisation which specialises in providing HR and talent solutions for the advertising, media and marketing industry.

They have an enviable portfolio of fun, lively, high-profile clients and are seeking a bright, proactive individual with a solid base of HR experience looking to take the next step in their HR career, joining them as a Senior HR Assistant with excellent training provided and scope to progress into an HR advisor role.

You will be working with a talented, collaborative and intelligent team of colleagues, assisting with a wide range of generalist HR projects for a variety of clients.

Duties will include

  • assisting with recruitment processes; including placing adverts, collating CVs and organising interviews
  • Updating and carrying out new starter and induction processes
  • maintaining HR records and managing databases
  • liaising with clients at all levels
  • assisting with the payroll and benefits process
  • acting as first point of contact for all HR related queries

This is a genuinely fantastic opportunity for someone to build their generalist HR skills. It would suit someone with

- approximately 18months+ previous UK based HR experience (ideally in the creative industries)

- interested in a long-term career in HR

- curious about learning more about the media, marketing and communications sectors

- able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communications skills together with an outgoing, proactive and intelligent approach

- superb attention to detail

Salary: Between £34,000 and £38,000 dependent on experience plus great benefits.
