We are looking for a dynamic and passionate person to join one of the world's most influential professional institutes for the advertising, marketing and communication industries as a Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally while independently managing projects from conception through to execution. You'll play a key role in collaborating with various departments and stakeholders to deliver results that meet goals and align with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, senior–level relationships with internal teams and external clients.
- Manage and execute projects across various teams including web, PR, comms, events, PD, and insight.
- Deliver activities within budget, monitor spend, and ensure effective use of resources.
- Liaise across departments to ensure seamless project execution and collaboration.
- Independently manage and execute projects while prioritising tasks to meet deadlines.
- Stay up–to–date with industry trends, issues, and best practices.
- Attend and represent the company at external events, conferences, and other relevant functions.
- Support the wider team with organisational and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations.
