A leading member association for the advertising and marketing industries have around 8000 people going through their learning offerings every year. Their offer includes 12 online industry qualifications and up to 100 hybrid or face to face courses annually covering a wide spectrum of topics and development areas to help their members thrive as businesses and individuals.
The role of Professional Development Executive is key to the successful running of these programmes, ensuring their members have the best customer service experience and ensuring the learning and course content is always up to date and at the cutting edge of an ever evolving creative industry.
Main responsibilities include:
- Managing general website and learning portal enquiries internationally
- Running webinars
- Invigilation of UK & Global qualifications
- Managing learning inbox
- Managing relationships with Course Chairs, Content Editors and Authors
- Contribute to the qualification building process
- Run the Lunch n Learn Programme
- Manage daily operation & user accounts of LMS (learning management system)
- Monitor system performance of LMS, identify issues and assist with testing
- Schedule & run online exams
The successful candidate will be passionate about learning and committed to delivering high-quality educational experiences. Some previous experience with LMS platforms and understanding of their functionalities is desirable along with familiarity with CRM technologies and their integration with LMS platforms. Some knowledge or experience within advertising or marketing agencies would also be highly desirable.
Hybrid – Tues – Thurs in the central London offices, wfh Mon & Friday. Ideally start before 14th July.
