This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR administrator or HR assistant to join a highly regarded and hugely successful media and advertising agency. Based in fabulous offices in central London for at least three days per week, you will be part of a small but highly effective HR team supporting a lively, energetic, high-performing workforce. Two days per week are able to be worked remotely. The company prides itself on offering a collaborative, fun and progressive working culture with excellent opportunities for progression and career development.
Duties will include:
- Updating and carrying out new starter and induction processes
- Maintaining HR records and managing databases
- Assisting with the payroll and benefits process
- Acting as first point of contact for all HR related queries including first level ER support
- Updating HR policies and processes
- Supporting efforts for employee well-being, retention and development
This is a genuinely fantastic opportunity for someone to build their generalist HR skills. It would suit someone with:
- Approximately 12 months+ UK based HR experience (ideally in the creative industries)
- An interest in building a long-term career in HR
- Curiosity about learning more about the media, marketing and communications sectors
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills together with an outgoing, proactive and intelligent approach
- Superb attention to detail
