Three month contract. Immediate start. Based in West London. Looking for an interesting and varied interim part-time position in a bright, lively agency? This highly successful full-service communications agency is looking for a smart, capable, enthusiastic office manager to help them create a positive, welcoming and dynamic working culture in which team members will flourish.

Three days per week (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday) all of which must be onsite at their offices in West London. Your role will be to ensure the smooth-running of the office, organising people, information, technology and other resources effectively and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • liaising with the building manager to deal with any issues
  • organising internal meetings and catch-ups and ensuring action points are completed
  • ensuring the smooth running of the office and ordering necessary supplies and equipment
  • organising regular social events and helping to manage their social budget
  • assisting with HR and recruitment administration
  • general team support

Previous relevant office management experience in a small to medium agency is essential together with the ability to work autonomously and to tight deadlines. Must be able to start immediately.
