Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer in a creative agency setting with an immediate start.
Location and Work Arrangement: Hybrid working β 3 days per week in central London offices.

Responsibilities:
- Support an exceptionally busy and high profile CEO.
- Anticipate needs, decide which matters can be handled on behalf of the CEO and which require flagging.
- Manage and coordinate executive calendar and travel arrangements.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations and draft internal communications and external content.
- Handle confidential information and decisions with professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a PA/EA in a creative agency or related environment.
- Strong PowerPoint and writing skills.
- Ability to think one step ahead and anticipate CEO needs.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
