Super-interesting opportunity for an experienced digital content manager to work on a high-profile purpose-driven national campaign. You will be managing the campaign's digital presence, ensuring its website, social media, email marketing and digital advertising activities are optimised and effective in promoting objectives.
This is a 12 - 14 month maternity cover contract and candidates must be able to work from offices in central London for 4 days per week, with one day per week able to be worked remotely. Salary is 40 - 45K dependent on experience.
Liaising extensively with a wide range of stakeholders, including external creative agencies and internal marketing teams, the role will also involve:
- Creating and developing high quality, engaging content across a range of social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn and YouTube with the aim of increasing campaign exposure, website traffic and newsletter sign-ups
- Drafting and editing content, maintaining a consistent tone of voice and reflecting the campaign's values
- Moderating the campaign's social media channels
- Collaborating with business, charity and celebrity partners and supporters to create shared content and raise awareness of the campaign
- Planning and managing paid social media adverts to increase audience reach and engagement
- Analysing the impact of social media activity, compiling evaluation reports and making recommendations for updates and improvement
- Writing and editing website content
- Contributing copy and design ideas to e-newsletters, leaflets, case studies, exhibition stands and other marketing materials
- Attending relevant campaigns and events
- Co-ordinating projects and keeping relevant stakeholders informed and updated
We are looking for someone with:
- A proven track record of creating high-impact, engaging and creative social media content ideally for purpose-led brands or campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal English, including strong spelling and grammar
- Experience overseeing high visibility Twitter/Threads, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube accounts
- Strong interpersonal skills in person and online
- Ability to work under pressure with a varied workload and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience evaluating the impact of digital media content and making improvements
- Confident using Photoshop, Canva or equivalent
- Able to initiate as well as successfully deliver assigned projects
