Are you a digitally minded Account Manager who understands that great B2B communications is about much more than traditional PR?
We’re working with an ambitious, fast-growing communications agency looking for a Digital B2B Account Manager to join its award-winning team.
This is a genuinely integrated, digital-first role where PR, digital PR, SEO, social and content come together to create campaigns that get brands noticed, build credibility and deliver meaningful business results.
You’ll work with established global businesses and ambitious, growing brands across sectors including technology, business services and social impact, helping clients navigate an increasingly complex digital landscape including the changing ways audiences discover and evaluate brands through search and AI-powered platforms.
As the day-to-day lead across a portfolio of clients, you’ll bring together specialists across PR, digital PR, SEO, content and social to develop and deliver smart, joined-up campaigns.
You’ll be responsible for
- Developing integrated B2B communications strategies across PR, digital PR, SEO, social and content.
- Creating campaign plans covering audiences, messaging, channels, timings, KPIs and measurement.
- Turning client challenges, audience insight, search behaviour, industry trends and social conversations into creative campaign ideas.
- Using search insight, social listening and keyword research to identify new opportunities.
- Advising clients on how earned coverage, credible brand mentions, expert content, relevant links and strong digital positioning can improve visibility and authority.
- Coordinating internal specialists and external partners to deliver campaigns on time, on budget and to a high standard.
- Being the main day-to-day client contact, building trusted relationships and providing confident strategic counsel.
- Working with a global partner network to deliver activity across different markets.
- Measuring and reporting on campaign impact – looking beyond volume of coverage to consider visibility, engagement, traffic, brand impact and commercial outcomes.
- Getting under the skin of your clients' businesses and sectors so you can spot opportunities and add real value.
- Supporting account profitability, scope and resourcing alongside senior team members.
We’re looking for a strong B2B Account Manager with a digital communications mindset.
You don't need to be an SEO expert or social media specialist, but you should understand how these disciplines work alongside PR and content and, importantly, how to bring them together into an effective campaign.
You’ll ideally have
- Experience in a B2B PR, digital PR, integrated communications, content marketing or digital marketing agency.
- Experience developing and delivering integrated campaigns across some combination of PR, digital PR, SEO, social and content.
- A good understanding of the relationship between traditional media relations and digital PR.
- An interest in how PR, content, SEO and social can influence brand visibility across search and AI-powered discovery.
- Experience using audience, industry, social or search insight to inform communications planning.
- Confidence working with specialists across PR, SEO, content, design and social.
- Strong client management and presentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- An understanding of campaign measurement and a desire to demonstrate genuine impact for clients.
- Ideally, experience working across international markets with a genuine interest in technology, business services and/or social impact.
You’ll enjoy this role if you
- Think digital-first but understand the value of brilliant PR and storytelling.
- Can see how one strong campaign idea can work across earned, owned, social, search and AI discovery.
- Are fascinated by the changing ways people search for and discover businesses.
- Enjoy taking an idea from strategy through to delivery.
- Are organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership.
- Like solving complex client challenges and finding creative answers.
- Care about producing work that makes a measurable difference.
- Are collaborative, thoughtful and simply a great person to work with.
