Three month contract Part-Time Office Manager - 3 days per week all of which must be onsite at offices in West London.

Looking for an interim part-time opportunity in a bright, lively agency? This highly successful full-service communications agency is looking for a smart, capable, enthusiastic office manager to help them create a positive, welcoming and dynamic working culture in which team members will flourish.

Your role will be to ensure the smooth-running of the office, organising people, information, technology and other resources effectively and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with the building manager to deal with any issues
  • Organising internal meetings and catch-ups and ensuring action points are completed
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the office and ordering necessary supplies and equipment
  • Organising regular social events and helping to manage their social budget
  • Some HR and recruitment admin support
  • General team admin support

Previous relevant office management experience in a small to medium agency environment is essential together with the ability to work autonomously and to tight deadlines. Must be able to start immediately.

Most importantly, you will need to demonstrate a warm, practical, curious approach and be prepared to bring fresh ideas to contribute to their office culture.

Salary is between £36,000 and £45,000 pro-rata depending on experience (c.£22,000 - £27,000 FTE for three days per week).
