Champion Professional Development Across the UK Advertising Industry
Help shape the future of talent in one of the world’s most influential creative industry bodies.
Are you passionate about learning, culture, and raising professional standards? This is a rare opportunity to join a leading professional institute at the heart of the UK’s advertising and communications industry — a respected authority known for setting the bar in best practice, thought leadership, and CPD (Continuing Professional Development) accreditation.
We’re looking for a confident, knowledgeable advocate of talent and learning to work directly with our member agencies — some of the most progressive and creative businesses in the UK — to help them unlock the full value of their membership and elevate their internal learning and development initiatives.
The Role:
As Professional Development Advisor , you\’ll be the go-to expert for member agencies, guiding them through the CPD Accreditation process and helping them embed strong learning cultures that drive commercial and creative excellence.
You will:
- Build trusted relationships with member agencies and act as their key point of contact for CPD support.
- Coach L&D, HR, and leadership teams on how to maximise impact through our CPD framework and professional development programmes.
- Conduct annual CPD accreditation reviews and provide meaningful feedback.
- Host membership inductions, CPD webinars, and best practice workshops.
- Help agencies articulate how their learning, cultural, and talent initiatives are delivering on business goals.
- Contribute to thought leadership around industry trends in talent, culture, and capability development.
Who We’re Looking For:
You’ll have a solid background in HR, Talent, or L&D within an advertising, media, or creative agency and understand what good looks like when it comes to developing people and culture in a fast-paced environment. Experience with CPD accreditation , professional standards, or similar industry frameworks is highly desirable.
You’ll be a confident communicator, coach, and collaborator — comfortable advising senior stakeholders and inspiring teams to strive for best-in-class practices in learning and development.
This is more than a job — it’s a chance to have a lasting impact on the future of the industry. You’ll work with a wide range of forward-thinking agencies, shape national standards in L&D, and play a key part in promoting a stronger, more inclusive, and future-ready advertising workforce.
If you\’re motivated by the opportunity to elevate talent across the industry and support agencies in achieving real business outcomes through professional development, we’d love to hear from you.
