Exciting EA opportunity in the London head office of a corporate business start-up. Based in great offices, as part of a small team, and working at least 3 days per week on site with the opportunity to work remotely for the rest of the time, you will be providing exceptional EA support to the Chief Executive, COO and other C-suite individuals. The senior executives all have an impressive track record of establishing and growing successful businesses and this is a unique chance to work alongside an impressive, well-connected leadership team in an entrepreneurial, dynamic environment.

You will act as a trusted right hand to senior team members, providing seamless support across day-to-day operations, strategic co-ordination and stakeholder liaison. Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing complex diaries and international travel arrangements
  • Co-ordinating board meetings, investors meetings and executive schedules
  • Preparing reports, presentations and meetings materials
  • Acting as a key liaison with investors, advisors and other internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensuring smooth-running of executive operations in a high-growth environment

About you:

  • Proven track record of providing first-class EA support to C-suite executives
  • EA experience within international, fast-paced, corporate, investment, infrastructure, finance or start-up environments
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • A personable, proactive approach. Calm under pressure with a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Excellent Google Workspace skills
  • Able to easily commute to central London offices for three or four days per week with one or two days per week able to be worked remotely.
  • Available to start within two months' notice max.

Salary: Β£60,000 – Β£65,000 dependent on experience plus benefits
