We are on the hunt for a Client Development Executive to play a pivotal role in a growing mid sized consultancy with the spirit of a startup and the brains of a top-tier consultancy. We\’re looking for a high achiever, you will already have achieved a 2:1 or above in your degree and have a proven track record of business development success in your career so far.

The consultancy have a tonne of personality, deep expertise, serious credentials and bags of ambition. With an already enviable client list, you will be working with world class strategists, award winning researchers, mind-blowing data scientists and an exceptionally talented creative team. You\’ll work directly with senior leaders to shape and drive the new business strategy, identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and delivering a seamless experience from outreach to contract. This isn’t just lead gen, it’s about smart thinking, deep market understanding and being part of a business that blends consultancy rigour with creative flair.

This is a dynamic, commercial, client facing role with real responsibility from day one.

What You\’ll Do

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and execute targeted business development plans
  • Generate high-quality leads through outreach, insight and proactive networking
  • Manage inbound opportunities, tender portals, and the “Hello” inbox
  • Build relationships with senior prospects and guide them through the sales journey
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team on campaigns and content
  • Track, measure and report performance via Salesforce (CRM ownership is key)
  • Support and coordinate strategic events that enhance our market presence

What We\’re Looking For

  • A bright graduate with 2+ years in sales, client development, or commercial roles
  • Ideally experienced in consultancy, marcoms, or a creative agency environment
  • A confident communicator — persuasive, polished, and business-savvy
  • Able to push back and challenge where needed, while maintaining diplomacy and trust
  • Comfortable managing targets and delivering results under pressure
  • Commercially minded, highly organised, and a natural connector of people
  • Hands-on with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce), detail-oriented, and data confident
