As our company continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Operations Manager to join our team in Wigan. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in optimising sales processes, ensuring efficiency and supporting revenue growth. Role Overview As Full-Time Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for enhancing sales operations, implementing structured frameworks, and ensuring seamless collaboration across departments. You will manage sales enablement initiatives, CRM optimisation and performance tracking to drive strategic goals. Key Responsibilities ? Sales Process Optimisation Streamline workflows for efficiency and transparency. ? CRM & Data Management Oversee Salesforce implementation, ensuring data security and accurate reporting. ? Revenue Tracking & Forecasting Leverage financial modelling to support decision-making. ? Pricing Strategy Support Align sales execution with economic factors like RPI/CPI and SaaS pricing models. ? Cross-Team Collaboration Work with marketing and finance teams to ensure cradle-to-grave marketing campaign tracking, pipeline management, and opportunity tracking through HubSpot and Salesforce. Operational Excellence Develop structured frameworks to support sales performance and organisational growth Key Skills & Experience ? Proven experience in sales operations or revenue management, preferably in SaaS or telephony solutions. ? Strong understanding of Salesforce and HubSpot, including CRM data security and workflow integration. ? Expertise in pricing strategies, forecasting, and financial modelling. ? Ability to implement structured frameworks for transparency and efficiency. ? Collaborative leadership style with a data-driven approach to decision-making. ? Highly organised with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines ? Knowledge of hospitality sector sales and industry trends preferred ? Experience integrating HubSpot-Salesforce workflows for marketing and sales alignment preferred. ? Familiarity with lifetime value (LTV) remuneration models preferred. What We Offer ?
